Vibe coding, with someone holding the line.

Vibe coding means describing what you want and letting AI write the code. It's fast and it's real. The catch is that AI doesn't know your customers, your tax rules, or when something's quietly broken. That's the part we do.

  1. Step 1: Talk story

    Day 0, free, 30 minutes

You tell us the problem in plain words. We ask the annoying questions early: who pays, what happens when it breaks, what already exists. You leave with a one-page build plan and a price.

  2. Step 2: Prototype in days

    Days 1 to 3

AI builds a first working version from the plan. You click around a real link, not a mockup, and tell us what's wrong. Changes are cheap here, so we make a lot of them.

  3. Step 3: Human review

    Every pass

A builder reads the code AI wrote. Security, payments, data handling, and the edge cases that only show up on a Saturday lunch rush. We fix what AI missed and write tests so it stays fixed.

  4. Step 4: Launch and hand off

    Pau

Live on your domain. You get the code, the logins, a short video walkthrough, and a written guide. No lock-in. If you want us around after, there's a plan for that below.

Three ways to work together

Fixed prices where we can, so you know before we start. Prices below are placeholders until you set them.

  • Prototype weekend

    [$ price]

A working first version of one idea, on a real link, in three days. Good for testing whether the thing is worth building.

    • One core feature, done
    • Hosted preview link
    • Build plan for the full version
    Start here
  • Launch build

    from [$ price]

The full thing, launched. Ordering, booking, portals, dashboards. Most projects land here.

    • Everything in the build plan
    • Human review and tests
    • Your domain, your code, your logins
    • 30 days of fixes after launch
    Book a talk-story session
  • Keep it running

    [$ price]/mo

For after launch. Updates, small features, and someone to text when the printer at the counter stops getting orders.

    • Monthly hours for changes
    • Monitoring and backups
    • Same-day replies, Hawaiʻi time

Questions we get a lot

Do I need to know how to code?
No. You need to know your business. We translate.
Is AI-written code safe to run a business on?
On its own, not always. That is why a person reviews every pass, we write tests, and payments and customer data get extra attention before anything goes live.
Who owns the code?
You do. It lives in a repository under your name with your logins. If you leave, it goes with you.
What if I already have a website?
We can add to it, replace a piece of it, or build the new thing alongside and connect them. We will tell you which in the talk-story session.
Do you work with neighbor islands?
Yes. Most of the work happens over video and a shared link. We fly over for launches when it makes sense.
